This is our classic honey jar with 1 lb of RAW unfiltered honey.  Our Spring honey (harvested in June and July) is light in color with a sweet floral flavor influenced by clover and other spring blooms.  Our Summer/Fall honey (harvested in September and October) is darker in color with a more robust almost caramel flavor.  Since it is only strained to remove large chunks of wax, our honey contains local pollen.  Flavor will change from year to year as the bees visit different nectar sources.
